Congregational Information Meeting - April 27 & April 30

The following presentation was given April 27 and will be give April 30 at 7 PM at the church.  It updates Project Caleb plans and provides a plan of action.

The Official Board is asking the membership to vote to increase the project budget and has provided a good summary of where the additional funding might come from.  The vote to approve this increase in the budget which then allows us to move forward is planned for May 4 at 11:15 a.m. after the Sunday morning service.

If you are not able to attend then you can use the Expression of Support form below to indicate your support for or against this increase.  Please feel free to drop off this form at the Church Office or send it along as an email version.

If you have not pledged to date and would like to, now would be a great time to join the journey to the Promise Land.

A pledge form is also attached for you to use.  It provides a place for you to begin with a pledge in 2014 and carry it through until 2017.  Or if you are currently pledging there is a place there for you to add an additional year of donations in 2017 via a pledge as well.

Please note you can also take advantage of donating via Pre-Authorized Donations (PAD) from your local bank.  Application forms are available on request from the Church Office.

It's quite possible that we will see a shovel in the ground by mid May.  God has been so good to us here at Trulls - that's why we are preparing for victory!  Thanks be to God!

Here are the four key dates:

April 27 - 4 PM  Congregational Information Meeting

April 30 - 7 PM  Repeat Version of the above information meeting

May 4 - 10:00 AM  Worship Service followed by a duly called Society Meeting of Trulls Road FMC to follow at 11:15 AM approximately

May 25 10:00 AM  Worship Service - followed by our Ground Breaking Celebration.  It's also Bring your Project Caleb Bank Sunday too.
